"C'mon, Rosey, let's go outside."
"Yay! We're going outside! Yippee!"
(Door opens)
"Let's go."
"Yay!" (jumping up and down)
(Reaches door)
"Um...it's kinda cold out there."
"Outside. Let's go."
"You didn't tell me it was going to be cold. I think I can hold it until later."
"Outside! Let's go!"
"No thank you very much. I don't need to go."
"You're going! Outside!"
"Really. I think I can hold it. I went this morning."
"You know I'm bigger than you. Outside...now!"
(shivering, shaking, quivering) "Really! I don't need to go!" (thinks to herself, 'I'll just go on the carpet later when they're not looking')
"C'mon. You're going. I don't want you going on the floor later."
(wonders, 'How does she DO that?') "But it's COLD out there! I might freeze!"
"You're a dog. You've got fur. Let's go!"
"How can I convince you? I DON'T need to go!"
(picks up Rosey) "I told you I'm bigger than you." (Sets dog down on step) "Go potty."
"Umm...MAYBE I can go. Give me a few minutes to think about it."
"C'mon. Go. It's cold out here."
(thinks to herself, 'Heh, heh, heh. TWO can play at this game!')
Poor little baby....I hope you wrapped her up in a nice warm blankie when she got back inside!
